Hi Buster! FAMH is a "penny" now, but it meets virtually all the requirements for Small Cap listing except share price. When the 10K is filed showing an audited EPS, the $4.00 share price requirement should be met quickly.

That's why the current promotion to institutional buyers and brokers is important. I don't know all the technicalities for the various types of institutional buyers (and it may vary from one to another depending on their own investment strategies).

But we appear to be witnessing the transition from a "pennystock" to a listing on NASDAQ Small Cap. The amazing thing is that FAMH could have that happen WITHOUT any rollback of any kind. That means taking this from the current price to over $4.00 per share.
