very unclear must wait & see / watch & brief re brazilian court vs legislature and executive branches, and everyday-person on the street (i.e. the ruled) i suppose it could be said that the politicized brazilian court is orchestrating a coup, so let us see how events go in brazil, as we watch the same in the usa better, worse, who can say but after the fact, to reckon out the efficacy, end result and such mr guo is living in nyc and not hkg, perhaps because he got to where he did by corruption if so, and so far by protocol efficacy reckoning, likely so, then he shall more than likely be netted-in via fox hunt, sky net, and tiger traps all works out at the end as justice is dealt out per rules laid out long ago even if not implemented due to other exigencies
