A small effect that's impossible to calculate. CO2 is a trace gas, that is nevertheless required for life to exist on earth. Only 400 ppm ie 400 molecules out of 1,000,000 air molecules. Water vapor is the main GHG - from about 10,000 ppm at the poles to 40,000 ppm around the equator.

Methane, ozone, NO2, SO2 are other minor GHG's ... basically any molecule w/ 3 atoms. N2, O2, Ar are most of the atmosphere.
