Delbert, lest we all have the urge to pick up the phone at once and call Geoff, I think we should just wait for Feltburner to report back. Frankly, I'll be surprised if he has any more to say in public than "no comment", especially if he's got a nice high-profile job lined up elsewhere.

I think everyone knows that Y2K people are about as hot a commodity as there is nowadays and the lure of greener pastures makes for a strong "I don't need you; I can find a job anywhere" mentality. No doubt Geoff's replacement will come with strong Y2K credentials-- at someone else's expense. That's business. Happens every day.

Delbert, I did know Geoffrey's name but correctly assumed that the phone number given was for Alydaar International and not his personal number. The company (properly) withheld his personal phone number but promised to give him a message and have him call me if he so chooses. If anyone has emailed it to me at home, be advised that I will not receive it until about 2 am London time and thus won't call until tomorrow.
Please note that I am doing this for the sake of those on the thread and personally don't feel that it is anyone's business why the individual left, whether he has shares, or what his intentions are. I wish him all the luck in the world and am confident that Alydaar International has not missed a beat despite this issue.
