(somewhere around 90kg of CO2e). There are ~1.5 Billion cows on the planet (we won't count the oddballs like goats, sheep, etc. Only cows). So, we're talking about maybe 135 Billion tons. A year. You want to take it from here? I think you can see it is pretty straightforward.
