From the fool board: Subject: Reaction / Lawsuits Author: RiverRat Date: 1/7/98 10:35:55 AM (ET) I do believe the reaction (14 point drop and counting) is grossly overdone. My sell order did not get executed in a timely manner (what else is new?) so I pulled it. No sense in selling into a panic. The stock (Lyle Berman and mall-mistake included) is still worth more than $17/share. Just got off the phone with an acquaintance in the legal community. (Friend in the legal community is an oxymoron, or shold be). They're already jockeying in position in the Minneapolis Fedral Court Building to be the first to file the securities-fraud suits. The first one should hit the wires by tomorrow or Friday at the latest. ---------------------- GO PACK GO! -Scott
