Jim,

I had previously indicated that I did not think that this dip will last that long and that today should be the bottom. I had also indicated that I thought the dip would be in the 100-200 range, with the 7800 level as the support. The DOW broke the 7800 support and got as low as 7776, which is . Right now the DOW is down 105. The key is the closing price, so lets see if it works.

In an earlier post this morning, unfortunately stated that I just got a signal which is hinting that the HiTechs could go below the recent bottom in the future. Of course it is not conclusive and needs confirmation. I may not have mentioned it, but that same signal also indicated that this dip could intensify, which it did.

I just got into the OSX since I think the market, for the very short term will reverse from here.
