"Does that seem like the kind of agreement a sensible person enters into?" Since it's entirely voluntary, yes. We can stay in, declare moral bankruptcy, and not pay another dime. Does that seem like something Trump's been doing all his life? I won't mind a bit, as long as we commit to being carbon-free by 2050.
