John, Something that seems to be overlooked is the court ruling that AVNT must turn over to CDN the list of customers who have bought ArcCel. This could have a huge impact on the relationship of these companies with AVNT because even though it is alledged by AVNT that the product isn't in use anymore it gives CDN the names of AVNT customer base. The court ruling applies to all AVNT products that have CDN code, not just those named in the order specifically. I think we can trust CDN to notify these companies is such a way as to cast doubt on the current products from AVNT including the latest offerings. In addition, the attorneys for AVNT admitted in court that ArcCel is still in use by some customers. Its easy to confuse brains with a bear market but the trading has been against the market for the last two days and is now a little lower. CD
