Hello Hugh. Welcome, as your input is appreciated as always. I think we should follow the criteria very precisely in order to have undervalued situations. The market is tough as it gets so only in this particular order one could expect the profit? It is not enough for sure as often the capital costs of potential production are playing important role in dd these days, but I don't thing we can settle for less. Robert
