I too made a considerable sum in Real Estate. I bought a crummy old house in central Austin Tx. A relative bought a house in Laredo Tx. 20 years later I got a half-mil for the place, and my relative barely got what he put into his place. I know it was luck, actually Laredo was a much more economic booming place than Austin back then.

Do you think you would still be handsome if you started out in Flint Michigan?
