<<..Chuck to write the next release -- that's Bankes, not Chucau (sorry)..>> I understand, Jim Currie and I were just talking about such a wording! Everywhere I go, I leave dino fooprints. Maybe, Tim and you remember that Lew post about $12.00 off the shelf "AA" fire assay. A real while back. Maybe it has nothing to doi with todays discussion, maybe it ws in response to one of the Anti-News articles, I can't rember. Maybe it is apropo, maybe not. IPM has not changed anything, as any other company, UNTILL an announcement is infact made. Tim is talking a no-news item, I hope; if he found a SUSPECT THING, it should be explained with a correct news release. IMHO. Ask your self, why would Bateman not be mentioned? An oversight, possibly. Not envolved in this batch BECAUSE of some reason, CHOICE #1)- Not on contract for this job function, might I add whatever it is!, #2)- They were not paid on time and hense, would not let their name be put on the report, I say not likely...some of the funds of the PP whateverthingshouldbeavailable!, or #3)- Lyco or some other UN-NAMED CONTRACTOR is doing a sub-function that will not be needed to be announced until it is finished...why...could they even allow it to be announced now??? ?

P.S.- O.H.- Do you understand?

Well I wouldn't be able to promise that you would like the release but I doubt there would be many questions about it either.

I really can understand the need to not get too detailed in the releases because the people that are first to break the extraction code and/or maintain appropriate financing are really going to be the king of the dirt hill and it is a fine line that must be walked between informed investors and informing the competition but overall corporate procedures and communication need to be revised IMHO.
