Thanks, Brent. After reading that filing, LBGF is drastically overpriced at .02. With only five million shares out there, this stock really behaves strangely. For instance, a lot of trading volume in the stock lately, yet no big swing. Although there was a big run up several weeks ago, since then the volatility has been non-existent. Looks to me as though this stock's price is over-inflated and will continue to fall accordingly, unless something drastic happens shortly.
