Joe,

I understand your stating that the BOD is dirty. But dirty means that they would have similar interests as shareholders in some ways, and do something right occasionally.

I've given this much thought. I think they're stupid.

giving growth projections/ the company WILL be meeting earnigs estimate...

is what you see as "PR."
Well, the market seems to be think otherwise.
