To anyone. My opinion:

Maybe one of the most important reasons the government has the opportunity to balance the budget (I use that term lightly considering the massive debt) is that we are paying a relatively small interest rate on the national debt. If the rate goes up, there goes your balanced budget. This is why we need to start chipping away at the owed principle, issue bonds that lock in the low interest for a longer term, and not give tax breaks before we actually can afford it.

I now will step off of my soapbox.

Hello Emory.
I'm using windows 95, microsoft and the url works ok for me, here is an other one it is about electronic cash and deals with laws passed by Germany concerning this topic hope it works for you.
