Here is a copy of my post on StockHouse yesterday should you be interested:

Roy Carson has published in VENews a report which casts serious doubts about GLR's future. Although I like the property very much, I have grave concerns about what is going on at GLR:

1-It was EXTEMELY difficult to get specifics about the publication of the MEM resolution (ie. numbers, names, dates etc). Recall the Nov 13 and 17 press release confusion and the subsequent DEEP drop in the price of GLR shares (not related to POG for those days).

2-It appears as though the public will NOT benefit from a full 30 day comment period given the way the "publication and printing" exercise was undertaken. This does not appear to meet with legal requirements.

3-GLR has not revealed to date, as far as I know, that GLR will LOSE all of its physical assets should it not succeed in acquiring veta rights, and this WITHOUT compensation! This is also a possiblity if GLR seeks to transfer its assets to another entity.

4-GLR appears to have consistently mismanaged its communications with both shareholders and the investment community. I especially am disappointed with the way GLR has apparently chosed to deal with Mr. Carson in his attempt to reach the Company.

5-With the Venezuelan House of Representatives Committee investigation into this whole mess, it would appear unlikely that GLR will succeed in getting veta rights.

I don't know what the game plan of GLR is, but it is too cloudy for shareholders to follow. Assets look great, but I am having my doubts about management! I would hope that management will work in the
best interests of all shareholders and not tie its destiny to a particular potential partner (PDG). I don't expect management to be paid to challenge other companies such as KRY, when it is not a party to legal proceedings before the Supreme Court. I expect management to look after the affairs of GLR.

I expect GLR managment to publish an immediate update to respond to the very serious allegations being published today by VENews.

We shall see......

If ANYONE has a good explanation for what is going on at GLR, I would invite you to post here. Thanks.
