From what Riley is stating it will be trading. I am sure he is not talking about it being on the pink sheets. Also from my understanding the SEC determines whether the stock goes to pink sheets why would they do that unless they found something wrong, remember they are suppose to protect shareholders. Anybody will tell you pink sheets are death to a Company.
