Ray, collocate is one keyword. I asked for further definition and Helen said she would have to ask Frank as to what she can say about it and what she can't.

I rebutted, "do you mean that we may have some type of revenue sharing arrangement?" no comment. I then said, "Well it seems to me that WCOM isn't going to physically babysit our DVG's for tiddly winks" she stated you can assume that. Then went on to say "you can rest assured that it is a mutually beneficial arrangement, but I really can't go beyond that, ask Frank"

Bubba I thinks we got us a Whale on the line!
