We are dealing in hindsight, so its 20/20 From a Market Analysis, we did not need an PR/IR or anything else as long as no one broke the chart! Why? Because its the most boring time of a stocks life. Pre Permit Orphan. So its only the hindsight of a 23c PP that created the need too PR IR Had ANYONE known the need to do 23PP then yes, PR IR should have been part of it because broken charts do not mend on their own. So to repair this chart, we wait , with nothing else, now for Yes/No on a Permit
