It's my understanding that MMs can pull out of a stock at will.
It's my understanding that iit is the choice of the MM to accept the info, they must review before making a market.
The only thing IMO that would force a particular MM to trade-is pure MM greed-the god almighty quest for the dollar..
This has happened to many stocks,halt lifted and no MMs with balls enough to trade. It still has the stigma of dirty laundry..DD
