White shoes, Thank you for your views on TLDCF. I bot this company after a screen on Smart money flagged it and averaged down. Sold half of my position for a small profit on monday. Today I bot more at 12 1/4. Now this company looks more like a value play than a growth story and will become a long term investment for me. The large decline in stock price may be due to very large institutional ownership. IMHO the company delay in announcing may have a lot to do with insider trading. I will not be surprised to learn later on that they sold a large position recently. I am still hoping this company will turn around by the third quarter. They are in a good niche business.
