It doesn't matter that Dersh is a Harvard professor. The Constitution doesn't really say the President can obstruct justice and it's okay. The Constitution has an Article Two, Section 4 which says: The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. Obstruction of justice has been defined by Congress as a high crime in past impeachments. Note also that treason and bribery are specifically stated as grounds, as well. The President has the power to obstruct justice, take bribes, and commit treason and much more and Congress is to impeach them for it.
