Its a Canoscan 8400f. I have Windows 10 on a 6 year old notebook I don't use it much I use my Windows 7 machine as they do everything I need. The notebook that was upgraded to Windows 10 has lots of issues the main on being the fan runs very fast all the time. I don't really like Win 10 and prefer 7. Silicon Investor bought me a new computer in Dec 2016 its company property and I have the right to buy it out in a few years. I opted for Windows 7 Pro as I knew I was going to run into compatibility problems with some of my software and hardware if I went to Win 10.
