Petz, 1,000 wafers per week at the AMD's R&D facility: If this is production as well, quality control on such a small capacity must be very costly. I don't expect QS-9000 level but close. You cannot be serious to consider AMD's R&D facility as a production line! You really need to get yourself experienced with high quantity production, not that one's or two's in aerospace. Automotive world is always looking for a few good engineers! And the pay is excellent, cost of living is not as high as San Diego. John.
