21 pounds is a great accomplishment, CONGRATS... I see it took a while, but so what!!! I bet you feel better than you did before you started...

I lost 80 pounds and feel so much better, I used the HCG program but I find a steady diet of animal protein and veggies is tough going without variety...

So, I'm going to monitor your progress and also report on mine as we go now that I'm also going to wing it without any weight loss aids...

I fully agree with you menu mentioned in the header, it becomes very obvious that all those so called expert nutritionists are completely clueless about what's good for us...

2017-06-19 @ 245-pounds . . . well that didn't go right.
I had so many parties this week . . .
  • ice-cream cake (my favorite)
  • pizza
  • fried, breaded chicken
  • pop-corn
  • baked potatoes
  • rice
  • beer (which I only have when Christmas Ale is available)
My gut really expanded last week.
At one party a friend of mine who is eating like I'm trying to (but successfully) told me he wouldn't have any of the pizza because it was poison to him.
WoW! . . now THAT is the right attitude.
So from now on, all of those heavy carbed and starched foods are POISON to me!
I am going straight once again .. with the enthusiasm i had when I first started and lost several pounds per week.
To quote a Cleveland Cavalier phrase, I'm All In.
I promise to be down at least 2-pounds by next Monday.
