Two observations: 1) I found it interesting in the press release on the sale of the Fab that Gary Johnson, Vice Chairman was quoted rather than Holdt, the CEO. 2) How can the estimate be lowered based on selling the Fab (which is what the press release said) when 1) the sale will result in a huge gain and 2) the estimate was cut more than in half and they only sold 1/3 of the Fab? Also, does anyone know if the IPO goes through, will the investment in the Fab on the balance sheet be upped?
