I've decided to just delete the folder that held the program. I think it's just a html-based program that runs, and shows you what will eventually work when the program is created. I downloaded it from here, from the Wallet Demo tab. wagerr.com That's a crypto currency Initial Coin Offering page. I think it's a bunch of programmers trying to build a decentralized betting platform, but there's zero regulation of these things, and I worry that it could be high tech thieves. But maybe I'm just paranoid I don't know.....
