Steve,

Since you have done your DD and understood this company well, could you provide answers to my basic questions in post 8383? I did my DD and the only thing I see going for this company as far as Y2K activities are concerned, is in the sales of CDs. Remember, unless TPRO is in the business of remediating factory plants for Y2K problems, there will be no future revenue derived from Y2K business after Year 2000. Doing only Y2K assessment work does not bring future work after year 2000. The Street doen't like to give high valuation to companies that have short term revenue up to year 2000 only.

There is a VERY BIG HOLE in TPRO's business plan.
