Sure, that was one thing. Putting Steve Pruitt in charge of EPA was another. Gorsuch is probably another but the jury is still out there.

I'd say pulling out of Paris Accords is one except in the same sentence he announced the pullout he said he intended to re-enter when it became a good deal.
