Don, Actually, we are in Iowa (both at the U of I) and I am not from OR, but we go there every year. Still, I love "small world" experiences, such as when I tell an Oregon story to someone from there without knowing it. You should hear my story about running into someone from Oregon on a 14,500 ft alpine plateau in the Indian Himalaya. I'm jealous of your fishing exp; I would love to fish that area. Gotta run after my short-term stuff (both long and short have their place). A short squeeze is starting in TLC and PCTH released earnings today that should bump it up over the next few days, assuming the market doesn't tank. Long term, think PFE/LLY/WLA. High P/E, but if you are really looking for long term, with Div, these Pharms are the way to go. oops -- someone came in the office and I've run out of time!
