Though I post about him a lot, I don't see Trump as a serious threat to the nation as a whole. He's too unstable and will ruin himself. He's doing it right now. If he were smarter, less obsessed with his ego, he might be a threat since his instincts are authoritarian. Now for the Republican party and conservative movement ... for those, he is a ruination. We should be starting a new conservative era right now. Like Reagan's era but with Reagan's party holding both Houses of Congress. But Republicans don't really want conservatism. Including the ones on this thread.
