Art,

The line about the two drilling rigs is refering to the two that they already have going I believe. Maybe someone who knows can clarify.

Really tough to be able to predict a buyout and I would think that the only kind of company a major could justify buying is one which has already proven up the reserves, (such as a Seven Seas), rather than HEC.

Great to see that HEC already has a well picked out on the new acreage they just got.
