It's the same in CA, especially S. CA, where I lived. All the houses at the ocean are owned by the wealthy, that own the government. I always hoped for a tidal wave.

We're sacrificing cities -- not from climate change -- but from urban decay as a result of extreme programs as it stands today.

Hell, the teachers and city workers unions will kill more cities in the next 25 years than climate change will.
