Not sure. You have to either be really wealthy or have very high income, leaving me out on both counts, so I have stopped paying attention.

You can easily look it up on the net.
From memory ... Something like $1 Mil in liquid assets and or a certain level of income.

Of no interest to me as I don't like the thought of being "handcuffed" for any length of time even if it's only 4 months.
