Musya,- the 3 Harrison's will still each own 3.9% each = 11.7% after this registration. I specifically mentioned them because it discloses what % of BNGO they now, or will hold. I think it is significant to point out.

I think rhe inflation rate as measured by the CPI, (consumer price index), will approximate 1.5% for 1997, and is subject to 2 revisions by the government.

Currently doing DD on SBC/SNG merger.

A thought about the S-3 filing for the sale of of shares of BNGO by some individuals. It says in the S-3 the following:

This Prospectus relates to the offer and sale from time to time by certain
selling securityholders

The S-3 doesn't mean they are going to sell them right away. I of course have no idea as to why they are selling but one reason could be that they feel that BNGO will be making a strong move upwards in the near future when the 10K and more acquisitions are released and they will be selling into that strength to take some profits. One could assume that these people mentioned in the S-3 who are selling know a hell of alot more than anyone here on SI about the company BNGO. Then again they could be selling because of trouble coming but I don't believe that. I am hoping that this is a bullish sign.

By the way, I don't want to be confused with Mark the ( PSCK (NASDQ: OTC)Internet Gaming is up again today! Anyone following this?
