Cool. Like old clay tile roofs. Saw a lot of them on trips to Central & South America in the 70s & 80s. UR right. They can last a very long time. Slate roofs even better than good metal ones. Close friend of Sue's is only person we know with one in this area. Tops small 1836 school building converted to a pvt home long ago. Sited on wooded hill overlooking 80 acre llama ranch. Owner also breeds Persian Cats and a scarce type of Collie. Interesting person. Was minor NYC film maker in late 60s & 70s before relocating to WV, 26 yrs ago. Got her degree in French Lit at the Sorbonne in the 60s. Iso
