Yeah, that's what has slowly begun to dawn on me. If you want functionality, including agp, you gotta go with the lx chipset, and that seems to mean DIMMs. I'm leaning toward the ABIT LX6 board, for no good reason other than it's recommended by this guy tomshardware.com He's probably in the pay of MI-5, the KGB and the Black Hand Society (which are fronts, of course, for Bill Gates) but at least he has definite opinions. What do you think? I'm off to the COSFF board. I'm collecting evidence that Vanni is actuallly Michael Cowpland. BTW, these guys seem to have the lowest prices.
