Hi Nick:

Their are 11,611,555 shares outstanding. Sells at working capital and has $.05 in cash. No debt. Check out the 10K or the latest 10Q filings as filed with the SEC. It's a fine value, as you'll see, at it's current price. I've talked to management, but really know no other - than I read through the filings. I am a recent shareholder.
