Yes I have said many times, you are at least consistent on your share predictions.... wrong but consistent : )

Anyway, I guess you only have to be right once in order to make money. Hopefully the permit issuance has the effect you are saying. For the past three years, every time there has been good news it was a time to sell, unfortunately I never did. Wont let that happen again. I'm patiently waiting... not gonna sell at this level.
