Not so suprising in light of the fact they didn't know that they didn't own the Nicaraguan facility either. No one seems to tell them anything , maybe they should take a closer look at their businesses. From the 8K:

>>>Nelson Vidal of Baron's was approached with reference to the information found and was unwilling to make any adjustments. Final closing of the agreement was due at the end of 1997, at which time the Company would be obligated to give Baron's previous owners a combined total of $1,500,000, in cash or shares.
On December 3 1997, the Company's attorney, Thomas Abrams was informed by a third party that they had purchased Baron's International S.A. two weeks prior toDecember 3 1997. As of this date the Company has not been officially informed of such sale.<

Yes, just like Mork did with DVBC. For everyones information, when Mork and tried to steal the name Olympus Ventures, Inc. in Washington State, he found out that his DVBC had expired far longer than OVIS. I wish I could have seen that one comming and taken the name DVBC from him. That would have made all his stock invaild, and that's just what he wanted to do with OVIS, make the stock invalid and never cover his large short position. Well Mork's scam never panned out!

That was one of the early rounds in this fight.

Didn't have some papers in order? What a surprise from a company that allowed its incorporation to expire. How can they be expected to run a business?
