I am skeptical also, but can't prove that what he is saying is untrue. It doesn't square with my experience (or those of people I have referred to WCII) but maybe our region is better served and staffed than others. If the number of installed lines keeps increasing at the rate it has been, it's hard to see how they could make those numbers if they are having as much trouble as is claimed. I'm sure WCII is continuing to have problems getting service from the RBOC's or ILEC's, whatever, but so is everyone else that is reselling. The higher percentage of customers they can get on net, the lower the significance will be of problems they are having with the resold capacity. I still think the key is customer service. I know that some people are so anxious to dump their current provider that they are willing to put up with a certain amount of cutover difficulty along the way.
