Yep. I am thinking he has some major investments in military companies. Like with Trump, any money that doesn't get skimmed into his pockets is wasted money.

He gave the game away when he claimed that money spent on green energy would have a cataclysmic impact on the global economy. The only figures he could come up with put the expenditures at less than we spend on optional wars every year...
