Eric, thanks for the big picture. I think it is important to have DRAM price stabilized(in other words stop droping rapidly) since it may signal demand did not claps. Just like you said the lower price increased the demand. With 32M SDRAM at $65, IMHO there is no reason to ship a $1000 PC with 16M memory.

Did you see the dramatic reversal of DOW at the closing time? hmmm...
