Yes, that logic does work the other way around. Creaf is probably a
good buy right now. But I think the chances are better that the market drops 500 points than goes up 500 points, so I wait until prices rise and then short. Last year I waited for prices to drop and then bought. At any time bad news from Asia can bring the market down 400-500 points. The only way the market rises that fast is if it goes down that fast first.
