My take on this is that the MCA approval could take a little
longer than they expected in December.>>

my take here is that any MCA delay is Good News.
If VVUS discounts to the international market, any delay should keep product in U.S. distributors, with higher margins; and the demand from the advertising should soak up this additiional supply.
