<<Nina came on the line and told me that they expected MCA approval in Q1, and FDA approval in Q2. I told her that I remembered hearing in the CC something to the effect that MCA approval was expected in January, and asked if the Q1 approval date represented a delay from what was previously stated for the second factory. She said that "they have asked us some questions, and we have sent back a response." ---- My take on this is that the MCA approval could take a little longer than they expected in December.>> my take here is that any MCA delay is Good News. If VVUS discounts to the international market, any delay should keep product in U.S. distributors, with higher margins; and the demand from the advertising should soak up this additiional supply. Mike
