Hi Chris,

I was able to talk with Mirage IR, Alan Feldman, and he said that Mirage had bought out the land and agreed to the lease term with Country Star in LV and also paid Country Star an undisclosed amount as a result from this land deal. However, Mirage DID NOT BUY Country Star Restaurant, has no intention to do so and do not plan to provide any financing/funding to the restaurant, at least that is what he knows of. What Country Star decides to do with that money is up to them. If the fund from the new year party was from that fund that Country Star received from the DEAL then that's that.

Didn't sound as grand as we hope it to be, heh? You might want to give Alan Feldman a call, maybe I heard wrong but it's worth a try. Alan is a nice guy, very polite and factual, you'll like him.

Bst Rgds,

Fawn

P.S. Please hold on to your thoughts on this post, I'm about to receive a new from Mirage which I will post. Alan's secretary claimed that since Mirage owns the land that CAFE is on, CAFE is theirs except they don't run it, CAFE management still run that restaurant. Bear with me, my brain is overload today and can't think straight.
