Anyone.. I'm shopping for VERY LOWEST international phone rates.. have to make a ton of calls to Germany over the next five months or so. A little web curiosity got me Global Talk at .245 per minute and WorldCom at .28... Anyone have better or personal experience with either of these players service? Thanks.. Jim

(now how do I do a Berlitz crash course in 2 weeks... hmmmm)

where do you see the base of the triangle, at end Oct or beginning of December? And do you think the size of the outbreak (up or down) can be related to the size of the base??
