I wouldn't have the wealthy "lib"s been treated any differently than the cons. They've sucked the most money out of the system and have benefitted the most out of it... They can afford to pay for some of it in a disproportionate way. To turn a blind eye to those that can barely make ends meet and expect them to bear the cost of medical treatment that they'd desperately need, is highly immoral.
