And when the dust settled it was another day of moving up.... I will take it...g...and another..and another..L If news comes out of a logical way to finance this acquistion, then I gotta believe that skies the limit...MHO With all due respect to the excitement of the staff..I will remain catious till the news comes out...till then I am gathering up the money I can muster...G

To all, This is pure speculation from someone who knows nothing about the real mechanics of buying a company. Having said that, hopefully I will not be blast too severely. 1) Would a man such as Ira, who seemingly has put his best foot forward and heading this company in an upward direction allow such excitement to be expressed and comments such as $1.50 in 3 days if this deal wasn't in the best interest of the company. Plus have a conf.call with brokers if his HORN wasn't tuned. 2) Perhaps there will be some stock issued. So ? If we're talking an 80 to $100 million company thats, still growing and 5 to 10m shares are issued , what does that do to the price? 3) Considering the fact that Myraid was in trouble with the state tax dept., its entirely possible that this company was bought for a song. Famh pays back taxes and gives some stock and were in business. Personally I'm not overly worried about this purchase. But then again I was wrong once before. I'll stick with the Redhead on this one.
