it happens every yr.
look in value line.
history is the future right now.

thread, important..everybody read so I don't have to do this again

here is the 4q to 1q stats on cpq for the last 4 yrs.

4q94 3151 1q95 2959
4q95 4701 1q96 4205
4q96 5423 1q97 4805
4q97 e6308 1q98 e5500

the first qtr is 10%+- lower than 4thq.
this happens most the time at qtr bec. their 4q are blowouts.
Now, in 1997 cpq wnet straight up after earnings in january 97
